You’re welcome to RVIAS (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Terms of Use set forth herein (“Terms”) will govern your access to and use of the RVIAS website https://www.rvias.in, mobile apps, and the related services (collectively, “Platform”). By using our Platform, you affirm to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Disagreeing with this, do not use the Platform.
1. Who We Are
RVIAS, which is headed by Rakesh Verma IAS, has online courses for UPSC, study material, live classes, and a discussion forum to help aspirants in preparing for UPSC CSE exams.2. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using the Platform, you state that you are at least 18 years old, or if younger, you have parental consent. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
3. Registration and Content Access
To download UPSC materials and courses, one has to register with the correct numbers. Paid courses have to be fully paid for before use. Content consists of pre-recorded lectures, live classes, notes, and downloadable materials.
4. License to Use
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Content. You can not copy, share, edit, or sell any course material.
5. Public Forums and Conduct
- Forums for courses are not mandatory. You agree to:
- Respect others
- Do not post offensive, harmful, or spam content.
- The Platform may be used for educational purposes only.
- Account suspension is a possibility for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All the content of the UPSC course and notes, videos, logos & all other materials belong to RVIAS and Rakesh Verma IAS. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
RVIAS bears no liabilities for any losses and damages that may result from use of the Platform or through interruptions of services by third parties.
8. Updates to Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. By continuing to use RVIAS, you agree to use the latest version.
