About Rakesh Verma

Rakesh Verma joined Indian Administrative Service in the year 1981 in Rajasthan cadre. He has been the topper in B.Tech, MBA, and M.A. (Economics) from prestigious institutions. He successfully completed various assignments in his career in IAS, ranging from District Administration, Rural Development, PWD, Renewable Energy, Forests, Mining & Petroleum, Science & Technology, Planning, Finance etc , to name a few.

He started on-line coaching through SATCOM for students studying in government schools and preparing for NEET & IIT JEE way back in 2009. Post retirement he has been teaching aspirants preparing for UPSC CSE. He has taught as Educator on Unacademy platform for six years and assisted several aspirants to become IAS,IFS and IPS officers. He has been the Chairman of Mock interview board for UPSC CSE for four years. Rakesh Verma has acquired expertise in teaching Ethics, Economy, International Relations, Science & Technology and Environment for UPSC CSE. His unique style of teaching in which he combines his experiences with theoretical concepts, makes the aspirants confident and knowledgeable for scoring very high marks in stress free preparation mode.
